Brain & Nervous System

Neurofeedback Therapy

Brain training that helps the nervous system learn steadier patterns — supporting focus, sleep, stress tolerance, and recovery after injury.

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, drug-free form of training. Sensors read your brain's electrical activity in real time, and the system provides immediate feedback — through sound or visuals — when activity moves toward a more regulated pattern.

Nothing is sent into the brain. The brain simply receives information about its own activity and, with repetition, learns to hold more efficient patterns on its own.

Assessment first

We begin with a comprehensive review of your symptoms, concerns, and goals to establish a clear baseline. Throughout your program, we reassess your experience and progress so changes can be recognized, tracked, and used to guide your overall care.

What sessions are like

  • You sit comfortably while sensors are placed on the scalp — nothing is painful
  • Sessions typically run 30 to 45 minutes
  • Most people train on a regular schedule over several weeks
  • Changes may be noticed in sleep quality, mood and emotional state, focus and concentration, memory, mental clarity, and overall energy

Why we pair it with pain care

Persistent pain, concussion, and prolonged stress all change how the nervous system processes signals. Training regulation alongside physical treatment often helps patients tolerate rehabilitation better and hold their gains longer.
